Submit a Witness Slip to Oppose the Illinois BDS Bill

Illinois lawmakers want to repeal protections that keep state pension dollars out of companies boycotting Israel, the one country that will always be a safe haven for Jewish people fleeing persecution. Antisemitism is rising across Illinois, and this repeal will only deepen division and make Jewish communities feel less safe. 

We need you to submit a witness slip today to help shut down this bill. 

Submit A Witness Slip

Step 1: Complete the “Identification” section. For “Firm/Business/Agency,” enter “NA” unless you are representing an organization.

Step 2: Fill out the “Representation” section by entering “Self.”

Step 3: Fill out the “Position” section.

1. Click “Add Subject Matter” and select “HB 2723”
2. Click “Add Position” and select “Opponent” (double-check this selection)
3. Click the blue “Add Position” button

Step 4: Under “Testimony,” select only “Record of Appearance Only.”

Step 5: Agree to the ILGA Terms of Agreement.

Step 6: Complete the CAPTCHA and click “Submit Witness Slip.”
